Kasie matched the head wound to the "teeth" of the lower step on the side of the delivery truck, yet the video of the incident shows the man's head hitting the top of the lift gate, where there are no 'teeth'.
After the dead body has been found in Reilly's truck, it is stated that that he and his customer didn't know who he was, at all. However, a few seconds later, Reilly said that he didn't know him well but delivered to his cousin. If he didn't know the deceased, he couldn't know who his cousin was.
The email at the start, which is ostensibly from Sloane, is shown on screen as an email being drafted to send, not a received email being read. Even though the "inbox" tab is selected, not "compose", the rest of the screen is clearly showing an email being drafted. In addition to this, the body of the text implies it is the end of a longer email, yet the scroll bar indicates this is the top of the text and there is nothing preceding it.
McGee, Bishop and Torres are all reading Sloane's email on their own monitors and take turns reading out the sections about whom she has left things to. When Bishop reads out that Torres has to look after Sloane's fish, he looks surprised and protests, although the whole email was in front of him, on the screen.
While the team is reading the e-mail that Sloane sent, Torres says she left her electric stapler to Tim, 'since he used it every chance he could.' However when the e-mail is shown on screen, it says 'since he borrowed it every chance he could.'
The food delivery driver identified the frozen body in his truck as the cousin of the Killer Korn guy before the team knew what his relationship actually was. He had delivered to the Korn truck, so would've known the victim, but claimed he didn't recognize the man until he saw the jacket logo.
