Like an animated soap opera

Full of drama and romance, even an imagined pregnancy. If you're into that kind of thing, you'll probably like Peach Girl a lot. So, this is about Momo, the titular Peach Girl. She has tanned skin and light hair because she was on the swim team, but her schoolmates think she tans and bleaches her hair, so she has a bad reputation and is thought of as "easy". She's been in love with Toji since junior high school, but someone told her he didn't like tan girls. When her manipulative, scheming, backstabbing "friend" Sae, who is out to ruin Momo's life because she's a jealous little psycho, asks her which guy she likes, Momo lies and tells her she likes Kairi in an effort to keep Sae away from Toji. Kairi is a popular boy and all of the girls want his dick. Sae sets out to ruin Momo's chances with Kairi, but he sees right through her and, under the impression that she likes him, pursues Momo. Momo tells him that she's in love with Toji, but Kairi is persistent. Upset, Toji confesses his feelings to Momo because he loves her, so she gets together with him, but Kairi wont quit, thus creating a love triangle with Sae doing her very best to split Momo and Toji up, which she eventually does. And who's there for Momo? Kairi, of course! You don't know which guy she chooses until halfway through the last episode. I wont spoil the surprise. This is a little too repetitive for my tastes, all the going back and forth. First she's with Toji, then she's with Kairi, then she's back with Toji, make up your damn mind! Then Sae is the enemy, then they're kind of friends, then they're enemies again, then Sae changes, or does she? Plus, almost every episode ends in a cliff hanger and there's a ton, A FREAKING TON (!!!), of intricate little plot twists that are usually just misunderstandings, mind you. Like I said, DRAMA.

The manga was better

Momo was sort of annoying and inconsistent with her feelings. It was rather annoying. The story has a cast of fun characters such as her frenemie Sai. If you like mushy love triangles like Twilight then youll be rooting for team Touji or team Kairi. Its a good entertaining watch. I...just...liked the manga better.

Super cringy. And one of the people wearing a confederate flag. At first I was like I'll watch because someone suggested it but you have to be a strong person to get pass the first couple of episodes.

Meh...

Its about a whingy self girl and is whining about two guys falling in love with her at the same time. I tried watching the first episode but it just turned out to be incredibly annoying and just irritating to watch.

This does remind me of "Skip Beat" with a lot of unnecessary headachy drama involved and I agree with the other reviewer on this.

Sorry Momo but I'm not your admired fan lol!
