Perhaps Kingsfield is an unethical jerk...or not.

Although the premise for this particular episode is far-fetched, it is enjoyable and well worth seeing. Professor Kingsfield has given out yet another unusual assignment--the students will pick an old case and re-argue it in class or in a written report. By chance, Hart's study group stumbles upon an odd case--one LOST by Kingsfield decades ago. While this is rather daunting, it gets worse--some aspects of the case make it appear as if Kingfield was either incompetent or unethical. Not surprisingly, Hart really struggles with this, as he worships Kingsfield and cannot imagine him doing wrong. Oddly, though, as he re-investigates the case, he finds that some folks are being less than forthright about what actually happened.

This is a very interesting episode and further develops the Hart-Kingsfield love affair (well, this is a tad overstated...but not much as Hart sees Kingsfield as a god). It also further develops Kingsfield as a character--something rare in the series! Well worth seeing.
