There's a SCI-FI convention in town. Rock loves to do cosplay, but not as much as Zoe and Quigley, who delight in being able to let their imaginations run free as they get to a pile of space-age duds to wear. But, Gore has similar ideas.
After Zoe is accused of mischief, she and Ulav discover an impostor pretending to be her. They decide to pose as royals in order to trick her to come out of hiding. It works great, but alas others are also looking for the impostor, which complicates things a bit.
When Ulav's falsely-accused alien friend finds himself on the run from the law, the gang harbors him. However, the gang slowly begins to doubt his story and whether they're doing the right thing.
When Zoe's partner, Ulav, has to take some time off and goes to an alien spa, he gets replaced by a new guy, who wants to do everything by the book. Regretfully, he is not as experienced as he pretends to be and "the book" only get's you so far... .
While on a school trip at a science museum, Zoe's bracelet activates a space rock that turns out to be a creature. She has to find a way to hide it and send it home without arousing the school's suspicion.
