Warning: Spoilers
Bucks makes some bold moves, omitting Cox, moving Moore forward. McCreery with an unexpected goal from a long set shot, for the Pies. Grundy with a speccy, Buckley's moves working as the Pies have multiple threats forward. Grrrundy with a mark and his 2nd goal and everywhere early, Oscar scoring down the other end. Darling yet to miss a set shot for the season, slots it from outside 50. Howe and De Goey go off injured and Collingwood's moves that backfire, with inexperienced key defenders. The Eagles turning it around in the 2nd, winning the inside 50's and Darling dominant, up 2 goals at the half. The Pies never recover, Sheed slotting 3 in a row, becoming a dead game, the Pies goalless in the 3rd. The Eagles kicked it around their backline a lot, when winning and when behind, accounting for the high disposal and marking. The hit-outs even, clearances +8 for the Eagles, while the Pies +9 inside 50's, the Eagles 3 more scoring shots though, with high efficiency and conversion. Darling best afield, with 15 disposals, 2 contested marks and 5 goals. Allen with 4 contested marks and 5 goals as well. McGovern 20 disposals at 100% efficiency and 10 intercepts. Sheed, Kelly, Redden also among the best. Grundy stepped up for the Pies after a poor game last week, but tapered in the 2nd half.

3. (Wce) J. Darling, 2. (Wce) O. Allen, 1. (Wce) J. McGovern.
