Warning: Spoilers
Nothing new is revealed in this program and the scope of what is discussed is extremely limited. many of the conclusions don't even make sense. they state that the landing zone for cooper was 28 square miles, then determine he probably landed in a lake or river since he couldn't direct his chute. I'm sorry but there is a lot of land around that lake and especially the river so his landing there would be a possibility at best. the "recreation" of the jump from the 727 is done from a small two-seater prop plane which would not result in similar enough conditions for the chutist for any credible results. Nothing of Cooper's legacy is mentioned beyond one copy-cat and the party held annually in Oregon - no security measures implemented or how this first hijacking of an American plane affected the population or anything like that. Nor do they investigate the suspects for who might've actually been Cooper. In the end, I learned as much about D.B. Cooper and the event from watching "Without a Paddle" as I did from this supposed documentary from a (questionably) respected source.
