Rahima is imprisoned at the start of the episode, and Catherine denies that she ever asked the slave girl to do anything untoward where Mary of Scot's belongings are concerned. I guess that's why she is known as The Serpent Queen. Samantha Morton plays her brilliantly: she is quietly spoken and perhaps could be described as a little timid, but those eyes and the edge in her voice hint at what she is capable of. Henri and Catherine's son is getting married, there is a joust - hence the episode's title, "The Last Joust" - as part of the wedding, and a rather enjoyable scene (for me, anyway) involving gold body paint and an otherwise naked woman. The end of the episode is quite interesting... (no spoilers on that).
