Bellissimo
I love Anna Chancellor, she has that certain je ne sais quoi I live Elizabeth Carling too but playing a dowdy role these days. Imogen asking is quite eye catching and the scenery is beautiful, reminding me of those sponsors ads for shows on ITV 3.
I am a fan of the Walter Presents team bringing great foreign shows to Channel 4 as well as remakes of shows like Before we Die and Professor T but it was good to see them do something original other than Christmas animations.
I have never been a fan of shows like Downton Abbey or Upstairs Downstairs. To me, a period drama is something that a woman endures once a month.
There are some good laughs here but not roaring laughs. This is definitely aimed at a female audience.
It's good to see something original on Britbox but at times it was like watching the paint dry on those bright buildings featured in the show.
45 minutes would probably have been long enough.
I will see this through but it could be a long slog.
This could run and run or be like Eldorado and be a giant squib. We will see how it evolves.
A 10 from me to show support for Eagle Eye Drama but in reality a 6.
