Lovely all the way!

A powerful monumental hit back in the day, both on MTV and Band with its short-lived ClipMania (Sabrina Parlatore hosting, and where I actually got to know many videos and songs due to having an old TV that didn't had MTV frequence so I got some clips from there), it marked a great moment to Roberto Frejat as a solo artist and outside of Barão Vermelho. Audiences loved the animated video, one of the earliest of its kind in Brazil and created a great trend to many artists, and for himself as well with the same creators developing the also outstanding video for "Túnel do Tempo" in the following year but with less fame for the song.

Frejat is presented as an animated character who performs the song in some bits, but the main cute story revolves on him falling in love with the moon, who has a female eye-looking blinking at him and he finds all possible and crazed ways to reach there, either flying on a balloon, or becoming a human cannonball, or attaching himself to a rocket. He fails and fails but never quits, and at each failure there's always some humored bits. The quality of the animation is brilliantly done, original and it fits with the idea presented in the lovely song of a restless search for a possible true love. It's funny, romantic, a little sad at times and with all that mixed together it creates a heartfelt powerful shock to the senses. 10/10.
