The first scene replays the last scene from Cargo of Doom (2009) but this time it focuses on the clones instead of the Jedi. However, in the earlier version, Cad Bane (disguised as Denal) passed Anakin and Ahsoka as he walked out of the ship. This time they are in a different place and talking to another clone trooper instead of Admiral Yularen.
Ahsoka Tano states that there are no children on Mustafar. In Star Wars canon, Mustafar is a world with an indigenous population, which would of course have children.
Ahsoka does not say there "are" no children on Mustafar, she says there "were" no children on Mustafar, referring specifically to the Force session Obi-Wan, Anakin, Yoda, and Mace Windu held to detect the presence of Force-sensitive children that Bane was targeting. None of the children they sensed were on Mustafar, which is why it stands out to Ahsoka as a strange place for Bane to have visited, as it was otherwise out of his way on his journey to kidnap the children the 4 Jedi did detect.

Cad Bane has been established as requiring a special breathing apparatus to breathe in most environments, such as those suitable for humans. When Anakin knocks his stolen clone trooper disguise off of him, Bane is seen to not be wearing his breathing device. He should not have been able to breathe, much less fight off two Jedi.
