  • Rue is injected with morphine, and the needle is shown going in repeatedly due to her shaking. We clearly see the needle go in and blood go in the plunger

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Rue goes through withdrawal throughout the whole episode, but the actual drug use is extremely limited
  • Rue is injected with morphine (see Violence & Gore for more details) to help her withdrawals. She is seen high for a few seconds before waking up the next day

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Rue yells and verbally harasses nearly every character she comes in contact with in this episode (see Violence & Gore for details) which is due to her withdrawals which is extremely distressing to watch.
  • Rue repeatedly puts herself in dangerous situations (see Violence & Gore for details) which can be very stressful to watch, even if she makes it out okay.
  • Rue vomits twice one visual and one audio this will trigger people with emetophobia
