Powerful Australian Cinema

A refreshing, original story that captures the unique voices of rural Australia. The films hopeful themes explore the strength in finding the courage to open up to human connection in a time and place where many chose to keep the pain of the past buried.

Congratulations to the director, cast & crew. This film was well directed, well cast & looks high budget due to the cinematography & set design.

Great sensitivity.

Congratulations on Melbourne International Film Festival.

More success is sure to come.

Beautiful film

I was fortunate to be at the Scottish Premiere of Little Tornadoes last night as Ian Anderson is my cousin, now I would have gone along any film to support my family.

I didn't expect to be quite so blown away.

This gentle but strong, sad but heartwarming beautifully raised the issues around small town living in Australia in the 70's . It highlighted men's mental health in the respect that, it just wasn't spoken about an was handed down through the generations.... It looks at racism that Italian immigrants faced... It also showed how food can break down barriers!

I could go on but I don't want to put in any spoliers

Australia I the 70's was not what I imagined, I always pictured a fabulous idillic life....

I love this film and would love to see it again as there are so many layers... Im sure I'll see different things every time I watch it.

Well done to everyone involved.
