Kasie, says the 2Pac hologram from 2012 inspired her to get into hologram research and development, except the first thing she should have found out was that 2Pac wasn't a hologram. He was an updated version of Pepper's Ghost, a theatrical trick from the 1860s.
Also, her set-up is less advanced than the decade-old projection she said was her starting point.
Kasie claims to be at the cutting edge of hologram technology, using a £5 kit you could order online about 10 years before the series was filmed.
The pyramid goes over your phone or tablet screen and makes the image appear to float inside.
It's also not a hologram. Technically it's just a floating projection. A hologram must be a 3D image, not merely a reflection.
Torres calls the doorknocker a gargoyle.
Gargoyles are ornate ends of gutters on the rooves of buildings.
Their name comes from the French "gargouille" meaning "throat", and the onomatopoeic word "gargle" from the Greek "gargarizein". Because the water literally gargles from the creature's throat.
The knocker appeared to be the Green Man, a pagan god. He is usually worshipped as a god of the harvest, but it is possible to interpret his sphere of influence as general prosperity.

The butler allegedly stole the hologram machine. Then Kasie supposedly built a hologram, sort of, of the murder victim. I don't see how that is possible without the original computer chips and programming to copy from.
The interactive hologram is just a program, so particular computer chips are not needed. All they needed was the program and the data files. Moreover, as explicitly stated by McGee, the team had already obtained these.
Kasie tells Vance the monitor is at 33° and needed to be at 33.3°. This scenario is ludicrous. There is no way that she could have either told the position of the monitor just by looking at it or calculated how much it needed to move it, off the top of her head. Moving the monitor by 0.3° would make no perceptible difference to the reflected image. Moreover, when she and Vance move it, it moves much more, probably about 10 or 20°.
On their first run on the ATVs, Knight is steering and Torres is riding pillion. They get splashed with mud. When they off, the front of Torres's jacket is covered with mud spatters (even although he was behind Knight) but the front of Knight's jacket is clean. (There was no screen at the front to cover her.)
The opening scene is supposed to be at Naval Station Norfolk, VA. The location is obviously in a hilly area. There are no hills at Naval Station Norfolk.
Takes place in November or December (they show a post-marked stamp with a date of Oct 21 that was received by the victim "a few weeks ago") but, when Torres, Knight and Ruby are in the woods riding the ATVs all the trees are fully green. By that time in the VA/MD area, all trees would have already lost their leaves.
