Sex & Nudity

  • Several scenes of fully nude men and women.
  • In one scene, a man has sex with a woman in an armchair in front of a man. The man later shoots the woman in the head and shoots the other man in the leg.
  • A guy has anal sex with a girl on-screen in front of all his friends while they're all high on heroin.
  • A man finds his girlfriend giving another guy a blowjob on-screen.
  • Graffiti written on the walls in a crack house has phrases like "fuck" and "cunt" spray painted there.
  • Several uses of phrases like "dick", "cock", "ass", "ride-em, cowboy!", "balls", "cunt", "doing it", etc.

  • At a strip club women are seen dancing around on poles, almost nude.

Violence & Gore

  • several scenes where drug needles can be clearly seen going into peoples' arms before they get high.
  • A man threatens another man with a knife.
  • A man repeatedly hits his teeth off of a hard surface until his mouth starts bleeding and his teeth fall out, revealing sharper ones underneath. His eyes go completely white.
  • A doctor reports findings in a lab test run on dogs where one dog chewed its own legs off and another killed all the other lab animals.
  • A man shoots a couple having sex. Blood is seen on a man's leg and on a woman's head.
  • Some arguing between the drug users about trivial things.
  • Some stabbing, gore, but mostly just blood. Multiple character deaths throughout.

Profanity

  • This film has an extremely high amount of profanity.
  • "Fuck, fuckers, fuckface, fuck it", "bitch", "shit", "smells like ass", "hell", "damn", "dick", "cock", "cunt", "asshole", "crap" and "jesus christ" are all used more than once.
  • Several sex words, jokes and innuendos.
  • A rap song with crass lyrics plays during the Toronto city scene right after the title name rolls by.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • The main characters are all heroin, meth and coke addicts.
  • A crack house is seen with people dealing drugs, getting high, having sex and dancing. A kid who looks to be about twelve years old named Daniel is there.
  • A man deals an experimental drug called "Baby Blues" (similar to Bath Salts) that causes psychotic behavior. The doctor who invented it is kind of crazy himself and goes around the woods of Ontario killing junkies.
  • Alcohol and cigarettes are frequently seen, especially during the strip club segment.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • This film isn't particularly scary but it is disturbing.
