- The main characters are all heroin, meth and coke addicts.
- A crack house is seen with people dealing drugs, getting high, having sex and dancing. A kid who looks to be about twelve years old named Daniel is there.
- A man deals an experimental drug called "Baby Blues" (similar to Bath Salts) that causes psychotic behavior. The doctor who invented it is kind of crazy himself and goes around the woods of Ontario killing junkies.
- Alcohol and cigarettes are frequently seen, especially during the strip club segment.
