Repetitive Tripe

Half of it was quite interesting, but the problem is every single episode it would repeat facts over and over in eye-rolling predictability. Ridiculous.

Totally agree with the last reviewer about it being repetitive

This 4 part series could have been condensed to 1 episode, and would still have been mediocre. A few interesting points were made, but the documentary was largely speculative and based on very limited source material.

Interesting but a little bit disturbing

It's an educational and interesting approach to explain Hitler's character. It's a new approach to analyze his actions and the question of nature vs nurture. What I found disturbing were some of the allegations to his sexuality but its up to the viewers discretion. You might like it or hate it.

A wok of stir-fry put on 4 plates

There are 4 episodes but they can be reduced to one episode. They basically repeat the stories and lines in every episode so much that I thought i have loaded the wrong episode. There is no logic accesseion to the episodes but just a wok of stir-fry placed on 4 plates. The documentary runs on mostly rumors and spoon feeds viewers with soap opera stories abt Hitler.

Too long and repetitive

Warning: Spoilers
This could have been a good 45 minute documentary if edited correctly. The amount of repeating the same facts over and over about his niece, actresses, his doctor and drug use was just too much. Almost all of the facts were maybe, probably, likely, could. Ironic repetition.

There's the argument at the end that the fascination with him and his sex life is so we can predict who might be the next Hitler. You cannot predict his rise through his sex life alone. If the person has enough money, media control, power and friends in the right places, you'll never see him coming until it's too late. Narcissistic personality disorder is the main red flag here. Evil Tyrants always have it.

*3 give it a watch if you're new to the subject but overall there is nothing new here to be learnt.

Absolute garbage
georgec-034626 March 2022
This is a poorly made, dull documentary that offers zero interesting insight into his life.

The secret sex life they talk about basically includes a) info that has been widely known for ages and b) a wild and unsubstantiated claim he liked being urinated on.

Most of the talking heads on the show offer zero interesting takes beyond the fact he had a rubbish and abusive childhood.

What a true waste of time and energy.

Untold story of Hitler sex life
trinnisia4 March 2022
Really good documentary if you like watching programs about WW2.

There we rumors he was gay, there were rumors he slept with his niece and many others. Such a monster but women went crazy over him.

We probably will never find out what was the truth. Hitler made sure they wouldn't be any evidences about the things that might not be in line with his image of a man married to the German nation. It's probably why we didn't married until his last day.

This mini series is fascinating, done really well and I watched all episodes in one go.

The series tried to answer the question, why we are so interesting in Hitler's sex life. To understand his behaviour and maybe avoid the history repeat itself.

Based on recent events, should we look into sex life on Mr Putin?
