  Coconut Vendor : Hello, hello, my friend. Coconut water for you?

  Todd Dempsy : [puts up palm to signal "no"] 

  Coconut Vendor : [gasps]  Five?

  [begins handing coconuts to Todd, who is forced to grab them] 

  Todd Dempsy : [pulls the phone away from his mouth for a moment]  I didn't order this.

  [quickly puts phone back to mouth to respond] 

  Coconut Vendor : Makes you strong.

  [continues handing coconuts to Todd] 

  Todd Dempsy : No, no, you don't understand.
