Funny Show With No Guest Stars
Jimmy_the_Gent424 May 2021
The Q&A has a girl asking about overcoming stage fright, Carol tells of when on an audition she relaxed by imagining the producers and director sitting on the john. A southerner asks about the Eunice sketches, Carol says soon they will have Eunice on the Gong Show.

A very funny sketch has Carol and Tim as a married couple, they are asleep and someone calls and Tim says they just hung up. Carol thinks it is a signal for a mistress. He keeps telling her no but she keeps getting more suspicious. A very funny punchline to this one.

Carol has a mostly solo spotlight as a lonely woman trying to find a way to get into a wild party happening next door. Harvey and Tim have quick cameos.

The Ernie Flatt dancers do some ballet to the song "Nadia's Theme".

A quick sketch has Vicki as an off key opera singer with equally off key accompanists (Carol, Harvey, Tim).

Vicki and Tim get a rare sketch to themselves as a vacuum salesman and housewife. He cries until she buys one.

A good spoof of the 1953 film "Torch Song", with Carol doing Joan Crawford as a temperamental musical star and Harvey as a near sighted pianist.

Carol takes off her wig and Joan Crawford eyebrows and sings her theme song.
