- This film contains several scenes of explicit, unsimulated sex as well as nudity.
- A woman is briefly shown shaving her pubic hair (pubic hair is visible).
- A woman stands in front of a mirror in an outfit that exposes her breasts and an outfit that exposes her buttocks.
- A woman removes her robe, and straddles a man in the nude (buttocks briefly visible, breasts shown throughout).
- A woman masturbates to black and white pornography, in which various sex acts are graphically depicted, including cunnilingus, doggystyle sex, and double penetration.
- Two heterosexual couples engage in partner swapping (swinging) in a sauna, but one of the males leaves the room before any sexual activity could take place. Female frontal nudity is shown throughout, but no sex is depicted.
- A woman is bound, fully nude, to an operating table with shackles on her ankles, wrists, and neck. She is groped by a masked man and urinates out of terror. The masked man then knocks her out with a dose of sleeping gas, and she wakes up in another room, fully nude and covered in sweat. Full frontal nudity is shown throughout. Later in the film, the woman is once again bound in this manner, and she awakes to find the masked man shaving her pubic hair. The man eventually proceeds to grope and finger her vigorously, forcing her to orgasm.
- A man and woman engage in intercourse. The man's penis is barely visible, but only momentarily, and the woman's buttocks are briefly seen.
- A woman browses several nude photographs of women on a swinger's website.
- Two women wake up in bed together, fully nude, implying they had intercourse the previous night. Both of their buttocks are exposed.
- A fully nude woman is carried unconscious into a room by a masked man and laid on the ground. She is roused by another woman and remains nude while they converse. Full frontal nudity is shown.
- A scene in a masquerade ball features several people engaging in explicit sex acts, including cunnilingus, oral sex, and masturbation. A number of people are briefly seen nude or semi-nude, including a brief but detailed shot of the female genitalia.
- A drunk woman lies flat on her stomach completely naked as a man applies oil to her back and plays with her posterior. He then squeezes her breasts while she lies on her back, then she flips him over, removes his pants, and performs manual and oral sex on him. This is shown in graphic detail. He then flips her over and ties her to the bed, face down. The man leaves and returns with a blindfolded woman in bondage gear, her hands tied and breasts partially exposed. He applies a condom then proceeds to have intercourse with the woman tied to the bed. The blindfolded woman begins to masturbate. The man removes the condom during the intercourse and has non-consensual sex with the woman until climax.
- A scene of sex in the cowgirl position is shown in several brief, spaced apart flashbacks. Breasts are clearly shown. A scene of sex in another position is also shown in this manner, but no nudity is shown.
- A brief scene a clothed, lesbian sex takes place. One woman gropes one of the other's breasts, exposing it briefly.
- In the previously mentioned scene of cowgirl sex, the scene is drawn out and the woman suffocates the man to death with a plastic bag as they were copulating. She continues to ride the man briefly after his death. Full frontal nudity is shown.
- A completely naked woman floats in a black body of water, presumably in darkness. She allows herself to sink into the water.
Violence & Gore

- There is a brief but relatively intense scene of domestic violence, in which a man pins his wife against a wall by her neck an slaps her somewhat lightly before storming off.
- In another scene, a woman naked woman has surgical markings drawn on her abdomen before being knocked out by sleeping gas. She wakes up with a scar on her abdomen, but discovers that it was a fake wound.
- A woman suffocates a man with a plastic bag during intercourse. The scene is relatively graphic, and the man makes gurgling noises as he suffocates. After suffocating him, the woman dismounts him and proceeds to bash him over the head repeatedly with a golf club. The plastic bad over his head is splattered with blood immediately, and as she continues to beat him with a crazed smile on her face, she splatters herself with his blood.
- A woman attempts to suffocate another woman with a plastic bag, unsuccessfully. The scene is brief and not very graphic.
- A woman is violently punched in the head. The act is quick and knocks her out without struggle.
- A woman is stabbed in the neck with a piece of broken glass. She bleeds profusely from the wound and dies slowly, though silently. She is later dragged to one side of the room (offscreen), leaving a massive blood trail on the floor.
Profanity

- I only saw the original Dutch version of the film. Being an English speaker, I cannot say for sure whether or not there was much profanity. However, based on the context and tone of certain scenes and the intensity of the dialogue that accompanied them, I can assume that there was at least a fair bit of bad language.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- People are shown consuming different forms of alcohol throughout the film, but alcohol does not play a strong role in the film. Knockout drugs and roofies, though appearing less frequently, play a more major role in the plot.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The main plot of the film focuses on a woman (and her friend) and her experience being imprisoned and under surveillance by an unknown captor for several days. Over the course of the movie, the plot switches between scenes of her imprisonment and flashbacks of her sexual life before her imprisonment. During her imprisonment, she and her friend are subjected to various forms of odd, sexual and psychological torment by a masked man.
