What an interesting topic here, in a story highly inspired from events that occured in France in the late eighties, early nineties, contamined blood scandal. VIH contaminated blood which was authorized to be transfused to thousands of people, who finally died. Here, the story begins with a hooded commando who abducts a doctor involved, accused and discharged by the justice after his trial. So you see, the badies are maybe not the ones we suppose in the first place. This case was revolting in France and this episode can easily find support in the audiences. You have here no good vs bad guys usual scheme. The commando inject contaminated blood to the evil, rotten, corrupted doctors, whom Commissaire Moulin is in charge to protect. The lead cop character in charge to protect the evil ones. I love that.
