This animated short film from Australia was supposedly the unsold pilot of a series. It focused on a miscreant boy named Woy, of course, who uses a magic remote control to turn his mother into a human chicken and his sister uses it to get revenge on him. Not much of a plot, but still funny. This actually popped up a lot on the old Nicktoons Network in the 2000s.

A nice memory from the 2000s

I never thought I would be able to see this short Australian animation ever again.
I remember watching it during a commercial break on Nickelodeon somewhere around the early 2000s. Apparently it was part of a television special named Toons From Planet Orange. I do remember other shorts being shown during commercial breaks during that era, announced as "Toons from different parts of the world" during that commercial break. I even assumed this was just a clip from an already existing series, and I was left wishing to watch more of this.
Unfortunately, it seems this pilot never took off, so this short animation is all what we will ever see of The Boy from Woy.
The ending song was pretty catchy, and I think this would have been an amusing series for kids.
