Must Be Catching...It's Love (For Pan Am)
I was lucky enough to be a business traveler in my 20's, pre-9/11. Remembering the thrill of adventure - I can only imagine that had I been alive in the 60's, I would have no doubt wanted to be a Pan Am girl! The pilot episode hit it spot on. Interesting characters, interwoven story lines (complete with flashbacks), beautiful costuming and beautiful actors and actresses. The 60's was such a interesting time politically, that it is refreshing to see the story lines capitalize on this fact and not just rely on 'fluff'.
Can't wait until the next episode on Oct 2nd. In fact, I know where I will be every Sunday night from now on.
So come fly away with The Beatnic, the Runaway Bride, the Spy and The Mistress and be transported to a different time full of nostalgia, fabulous music and buckle up - adventure awaits!
