Jam Handy produced this industrial film for Chevrolet as part of a long-lasting relationship between the two organizations -- Ford had its own industrial film unit since the late Teens. It is a driving safety film with a bit of animation in it to personify the tendencies to drive safely and to not drive safely -- the former looks like Buddy from the Schlesinger studio and the latter like a villain in a melodrama.
On net it looks like something intended for a driving school course. While it is no where nearly as gory as the classic BLOOD ON THE ROAD -- which I saw when I took the Driver's Ed course about forty years ago -- it makes its points in a simplistic manner and drives them home with a check list at the end.
