- A twelve-year-old boy is seen standing in a bathtub fully nude while his mother bathes him. He is first seen only from the waist up. As the mother's hands move down the boy's body, the camera tilts down with her to show below his waist, revealing the boy's genitals, which are slightly obscured by shadow.
- While undergoing hypnosis later in the film, this scene is recalled but the view is from overhead. While the scene is out of focus and dimly lit, the boy's penis can be seen briefly in an erect state indicating that, in memory, the boy viewed his mother's actions to be sexual in nature.
- In a later scene, the same boy is seen bathing himself. He lays down in the bathtub and is seen at first only above the waist. He then stands up, slightly exposing his bare bottom to the camera, then he stands on the edge of the bathtub to look out the window. In the process of doing this he once again exposes his genitals to the camera.
- A man and woman have sex. The man's bottom and woman's breasts are visible.
- The boy's mother caresses his upper leg causing him to become aroused, moan and ejaculate. He covers his crotch but she moves his hands to reveal a wet mark on his trousers.

- A boy stabs a dead dog in the neck and drains its blood into a can. He pours in into wine and smears it on food which his family start to consume.
- The boy attempts to drown himself in a large pond.

- I woman sits naked on a tree branch, back to the camera, she appears to be miscarrying a baby. A mass of bloody tissues are seen hanging down.
- The boy throws a glass of bleach into a woman's face, blinding her. Scared, she climbs a flight of stairs to the roof-top balcony and falls over the wall. The boy goes to her boy. A fetus appears to have ejected from hew body upon landing. The boy picks it up and walks away. Blood starts to appear, raining down the boy's face and body. He drops the fetus in a pool and then drowns himself.
- The boy attacks his father, hitting him across the face with a shovel causing him to fall into a pit with water at the bottom. He then kicks a extension cable reel into the pit which electrocutes his father.
