(opening credits) Another film by a lot of people.
Similar to the Columbia Pictures title screen sequence from the first movie where the Torch Lady is dislodged off the pedestal by a giant banana that falls from the sky. That banana then turns into a banana-ostrich hybrid with Barry the strawberry hopping on it and riding away with it.
During the end credits, there is a reference to the famous American talk show "The Conan Show". Flint can be seen talking to a corncob talk show host who strongly resembles Conan. The show is called "The Late Chow with Cornan".
There's a reference to the movie "When Harry Met Sally" during the end credits. Barry and a female watermelon can be seen together on a movie poster, along with the movie title "When Barry Met Salad".
During the end credits, there is a reference to advertisement with the famous Coppertone sunscreen girl. Brent's swimming trunks get pulled down by a hot dog and while his white bottom is visible, he poses the same way as the Coppertone girl.
After the end credits, there is a short scene where Barb's crush on Steve is revealed. She asks Steve out for some coffee. Steve answers, while eating a sandwich with a banana, "dinner" and Barb happily lifts him and runs away.
