- A man is chased by a deranged animalistic man. When he is caught, he is punch repeatedly and has his teeth removed by a pair of pliers (graphic) he is then returned to his cell with blood all over his face.
- A lady is seen at a dinner table with her feet tied by chains. She has blood pouring down her leg and onto the floor. We are told she had a forced abortion. A man then comes up to her and bites a large chunk out of her face (very bloody)
- A lady is hit in the head by a large blade. It is seen sticking out. Lots of blood
- A man slits the throat of a bloodied lady
- We see a few dead fetuses that a lady has disposed of (distressing)
- A man enjoys collecting eyeballs from the prisoners. Although the taking of the eyes is mostly offscreen, it's still very disturbing
- A man punches a priest to the ground. He then climbs on top of him and repeatedly punches him in the face. As each blow lands, the priests face becomes more and more deformed. (Very brutal, bloody and graphic)
- An animalistic man has a machete shoved through his throat (graphic)
- A mysterious woman has a blade thrown into her throat
- There are many nightmarish dreams involving death in many bloody ways.
- The mysterious woman bashes a man in the chest and then rips out his inner organs (very gory)
- A prisoner stabs another prisoner through the stomach with a machete.
- The prisoner is then bashed by the mysterious lady and has his organs eaten (very gory)
