Life Through a Lens is a multi-dimensional short film shot in Melbourne Australia, based on the struggle of a middle-aged women who was adopted at birth and has been struggling with her identity for decades. The narration serves as an intelligent and emotional back drop to the main story and makes the audience question their own personal struggles and reflections in life. Cinematography is inspiring and the having the film shot on 35mm film certainly provides an extremely high quality viewing experience, making the film even more pleasurable to watch and ponder.

Kath Gordon as the protagonist pulls out an amazing and thought provoking portrayal from her many years of acting experience in Australia and America. Lily Hall also gives an amazing performance as the soon to be daughter in-law, quite unique from such a young talent.

The film is starting to be shown at film festivals around the world, already receiving excellent recognition in the USA. Do yourself a favour and make sure you get along to see the film when it screens in your local film festival.
