The game is the result of a licensing relationship with Eon Productions/Danjaq, LLC, the affiliated companies that control all worldwide merchandising of the James Bond franchise, in cooperation with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.

This game contains a DVD with more than 700 on-screen challenges, 600 trivia card questions, 30 Q Cards, a Flextime game board and 007-themed collectible game pieces.
