A day of picketing the set of the Starz/Lionsgate series Bmf in Atlanta turned dangerous for WGA writers Brian Egeston and Gabriel Alejandro Garza. In a series of tweets Thursday afternoon, accompanied by photos, Egeston claimed that Bmf line producer Ian Woolf, driving an SUV, pointed the vehicle at him “as though it were a weapon and slammed the brakes within six feet of writers.”
Egeston’s account was corroborated by Garza, a strike captain, who said that he was standing next to Egeston when the alleged incident happened and described it in a lengthy statement on Twitter Thursday evening. Garza claimed that he and Egeston were on a public sidewalk, not impeding traffic, when Woolf allegedly hit the accelerator and then by the brake as “he was looking directly at us the entire time and kept the vehicle pointed at us.”

Good Witch ended its widely-praised 14-year-run abruptly in 2021.
Now, one of its stars is opening up about the possibility of Hallmark taking viewers back into the magical world.
“I think there’s a chance. I know [with] the popularity of the show and the circumstances under which it ended sort of abruptly that it would not surprise me if we revisit it,” James Denton explained to TV Insider while promoting Perfect Harmony.
Indeed, the franchise was popular, and its demise surprised many.
However, Denton quickly pointed out that there's "nothing in the works" at this time.
The actor said that Hallmark respects the franchise.

As the first major Los Angeles area wildfire this fall broke out Thursday night, claiming homes, shutting down major freeways and prompting evacuations, it also impacted production on several TV series in the affected areas of the San Fernando and Santa Clarita valleys.
Production on ABC/20th TV sophomore comedy series Bless This Mess, which shoots at Santa Clarita’s Sable Ranch, was suspended due to the Saddleridge fire, as was production on freshman NBC/20th TV comedy Perfect Harmony, which films in Chatsworth.
Sable Ranch, near the Angeles National Forest, had previously been damaged in July 2016 during the Sand fire. It had been used for countless films and series, from TV’s Maverick to The A-Team and 24 among others.
Also shut down for the day was filming on veteran CBS/CBS Studios drama NCIS, CBS/Sony/CBS Studios’ S.W.A.T, and the upcoming Paramount Network/CBS Studios series 68 Whiskey.
