- A woman places Riho's hand on her stomach saying that she is pregnant. The woman says that her baby will grow up to be like Riho someday and that the woman will do her share and eat healthy foods. It then shows Rioh's hand going inside the woman's stomach.
- A flashback to Shido and Cain's past is shown. They are seen naked with a woman (who is also naked) in a bed. They are seen biding her neck and breast.
- Cain uses his claws to cut Riho's shirt. Blood is shown and her one breast are shown. and the partial other breast is shown.
- Shido uses his powers to turn Riho into a vampire. She is seen briefly naked form the assault from Cain. Blood is shown on her breasts.

- From the previous episode: A man spews out green goo, he jumps upward hanging from the ceiling, A officer shots at him grazing his arm. He kicks the one officer with his feet. He then spews green goo on the other officer.
- Cain (Shido's ex lover) appears. Shido uses a blood attack against Cain but it doesn't work. Yayoi shoots her gun at Cain but it doesn't work.
- Two men forcefully try to get a woman to go in her car.
- A man shoots at Shido with his gun. a bullet grazes his cheek some blood squirts out.
- Cain uses his claws to cut Riho's shirt. Blood is shown and her one breast are shown. and the partial other breast is shown.

- Cain uses his claws to cut off Riho's Crucifix Cross.
- Shido and Cain have a battle inside/on top of a Christian church. Which leads to a highway overpass.Shido uses his Blood Sword to decapitate Cain. Lots of blood is shown.
- This isn't frightening or intense but in every episode, before the title card. a Crucifix appears with Jesus Christ hanging on the cross. It then shows Shido standing inside of a Church. (First 4 episodes only). For episodes 5 through 12, it shows Shido briefly standing inside next to a door of a church. It then shows a huge Cross of Jesus. This may offend some religious people.
