- In a Videotape that she is watching Riho and her family is seen in swimwear.
- Cain tries to seduce Shido by pining him to a bed. Naked women are seen on the ground Their breasts are seen. Blood is seen on them.
- A brief naked Riho is seen over a green background.
- Cain kisses Shido on the mouth and he tells Shido that he loves him.

- This isn't frightening or intense but in every episode, before the title card. a Crucifix appears with Jesus Christ hanging on the cross. It then shows Shido standing inside of a Church. (First 4 episodes only). For episodes 5 through 12, it shows Shido briefly standing inside next to a door of a church. It then shows a huge Cross of Jesus. This may offend some religious people.
- A Nightbreed comes alive and Riho thinks it is her parents.
- Shido impales a Nightbreed but Riho thinks it is her father.
- Riho tries to bite a young girl but Shido stops her.
- Riho attacks Yayoi with her wrap.
