Subject X is a story of a young out of work adult male living in the distant future where clones have taken the majority of the jobs. The world is in disarray and Subject X will take any kind of work for credits.
In the future clones have been introduced into society as a replacement for the working class. Leaving half the population to survive on government rations. Subject X is a human who wants to make a quick buck through the McKenzie Institute of Synchronicity. He gets more than he bargained for when he realises that he is part of an experiment where he is not expected to survive.—Matthew Joyce
