This is one creative way to apply for a job. The creator of this fan-made short, Adam Levermore, is looking to land a job on Joss Whedon's upcoming Marvel S.H.I.E.L.D. TV series as a graphic designer. The short is called S.H.I.E.L.D.E.D. and I think it turned out pretty good.
The short has got some good humor and Levermore was able to bring together a talented group of people to make it such as Mythbusters' Grant Imahara playing himself, Amber Benson (Tara from Buffy The Vampire Slayer) as Agent Benson, Walking Dead and BSG composer Bear McCreary did the score, and Eureka scribe Amy Berg wrote the script.
The short features S.H.I.E.L.D. looking to fill an unusual job position. Check out the film and let us know if you think Levermore should at least get an interview with Marvel to work on the show. ...

It's going to be a little while before we get to see what exactly Joss Whedon and his team have in mind for "S.H.I.E.L.D.," but it's never too early for a fan film, is it?
"S.H.I.E.L.D.E.D." is no ordinary fan film, either. It's actually a campaign on the part of Adam Levermore, a graphic designer hoping to land a job on the eventual "S.H.I.E.L.D." TV series as a production designer. Levermore teamed up with a veritable who's who of the geek community (including "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" actress Amber Benson and "The Walking Dead" composer Bear McCreary) to create a short film set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with Levermore himself unwittingly in the hot seat for a job interview at S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ.

In a post on his website, Levermore goes into detail about how "S.H.I.E.L.D.E.D." got made and how he thinks the finished product represents his skills as an artist.
