This revival series is really entertaining for younger children who love The Magic Roundabout.
The characters' personalities are still the same from the original series, but with some changes. Dougal still has his grumpiness with a bit of Victor Meldrew in his dialogue, Florence is the kind-hearted young girl who adores her friends, Zebedee is still summoned to solve the characters' problems, but has a mischievous side (which is one of the traits from the original French series) and a bit of Ken Dodd, Brian is still well-meaning but became a bit of a brainiac and has interest in things he likes, such as gravel, Ermintrude still has her opera-singing personality and Dylan still has his laid-back and hippie traits who tends to drift off to sleep.
The episodes are quite fun and enjoyable where it has several hilarious moments and the CGI animation is very nice and decent, as it is made by the same animation studio that worked on the movie.
I think I would recommend this show to children of all ages.
