The scene when Habibie comes to Indonesia after he was requested to do so by Ibnu Sutowo, Habibie is picked up in Airport in Jakarta (Probably Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport in East Jakarta, or Kemayoran Airport in Central Jakarta). But if those airports, the scenery and the surrounding environment are not that of airport located in Jakarta. (It was shot in Bandung International Airport, Husein Sastranegara). The Husein Sastranegara Airport again is used for the maiden joy flight of N-250, which is historically right.
When Ainun and Habibie took a walk discussing about the rendezvous of their High School (set in 1960's), the cars behind were parked in right hand traffic position. Though Indonesia is a left hand traffic countries, Indonesia hasn't had unified traffic system up to 1970's; the traffic in the era might still follow the pattern left by Dutch (right hand traffic). The cars driven by Habibie brother also has left hand steering, which still matches to the era.
There is scene depicting the car driving a newly design toll gate including E-toll gate. The time frame in the film was directly after the Habibie resignation from the President, which it was in either 1999 or 2000. That design of toll gate and E-toll gate haven't been used until January 2009, nine to ten years after the time frame of the film.
Ainun has modern acrylic nails, showed when she and Habibie were inside the Becak after the party. These acrylic nails haven't been used in 1960's.
Several products placements (notably syrup in the wedding ceremony and the make up in the bathroom scene) depict the logo used in 2000's.
Ainun could know and call Habibie in Hotel Indonesia. Looking at the year this scene is set and the communication technology, there is no way Ainun could perfectly locate where Habibie was. (Unless it's implied off screen, but there is no indication for this).
