Really good episode written by Maureen Jennings, but some sloppy directing from Gloria Kim, who's name I've never seen so I'm assuming is new to the crew. The handball scene was really poorly done - back to back shots that you could tell were filmed hours apart, because one shot was in full sunlight, and the next was in the setting sun. I totally get that scenes aren't filmed in order, but that looked so amateur and was so immediately obvious. However, lots of the flashback scenes were really well filmed and some good camera angles in other scenes too, so not all is lost. The highlight is definitely Maureen's wonderful writing.
