Absolute garbage with no redeeming value
I'm curious to know the demographic of people who love this enough to tune in on a daily basis. To be honest, I'm curious about that when it comes to daytime television in general. Like really, who's watching this crap?? Are they old, young? I guess they wouldn't be young, because young adults have jobs, so they leave the house early in the morning and don't get home until the late afternoon or nighttime. Even if they're unemployed, I doubt Karamo would be of any interest to them. My theory is older people mostly watch this and other trash programs. Well, to be more specific, older people who don't have hobbies, and are always gossiping/meddling in other people's business. That's the only type of person I can think of who has the time to watch TV throughout the day. It's awesome Karamo was previously a social worker and psychotherapist, but just like Maury and Jerry Springer, he's exploiting people from marginalized communities by having them come on his show to air each other's dirty laundry. Plus the episodes are redundant! So many of them are titled "unlock the phone" and it's couples on the verge of breaking up because one suspects the other of cheating. The only time I found myself actually caring is when this gay guy wanted to repair him and his mom's relationship. Otherwise, Karamo's focus on straight people's drama is really boring. You'd think being gay himself, he would have more LGBTQ+ guests. The production for this was such a waste of time and energy. Why doesn't Karamo return to the human services field? There's a lot of people he could help, of all races and gender identities, without being on television. He just wouldn't make as much money. Social workers aren't exactly rich, but that's not why they chose their occupation. They wanted to improve the lives of people who have a mental illness that's exasperated by different problems such as housing instability, lack of food, and family dysfunction, among others, by connecting them to resources. Which is why I question if he's for real or just a bs-er who wants a paycheck with a lot of zeros. I have a feeling it's the latter. What a shame.

Unfortunately, the Exploitation of Poor and Sometimes Ignorant Folks Continues...
eithseed20 November 2023
I stumbled upon this show on my day off while taking care of my toddler... Unfortunately, I was disappointed because it turns out the show just continues the tradition (I thought died w/Jerry Springer & when the Steve Wilkos Show ended) of exploiting poor and sometimes ignorant folks & their drama for a large paycheck i.e. "Baby-daddy/Baby-momma, he's/she's cheating on me, My daughter/my momma won't listen," blah-blah-blah. He should be ashamed of himself, if he genuinely wanted to help people, he would have remained in the private sector. How could he believe that televised buffoonery helps people?! This show is disgusting! Smdh.

Karamo Brown is such a nice man & I love his show

I love watching Karamo because it is such a good show to enjoy especially due to the fact that its presenter Karamo Brown is a very nice man whom is willing to help any guest whom comes to his show in order to get their problems solved. I love the compassion that he has & I especially liked in one episode of his show, he made a public service announcement to all deadbeat fathers in the world about how they should step up to taking care of their responsibilities & I also like how he has a natural gift to connect with a lot of people. Karamo Brown is such an awesome man & I hope that he continues on doing good & that he will be on the air for at least 30 or more years. I'm also happy that he took over hosting duties for Maury Povich whom was ending the show after 30+ years.

I need less guests per epsiode?? Longer time ?

More *cough* explotation *cough* i mean therapy and more conversation with these people. Every group feels too short 😢 which leads to feeling of exploitation for cash money money moneyyy

Lots of value to be added with him helping the gang kids or the different race families and the lgbt families and really show these different ways of living and the individuals and breaking down barriers and sterotypes etc etc.

Make sure these people are fully therapized an cared for after the episodes please. These are HUGE emotional undertakings and i Want to know they will be cared for and followed up with.
