Violence & Gore
- People playing with a guys head in hell, other getting tortured
Profanity
- Probably the most times the word "Bitch" was ever used in a Simpsons episode and likely in the series as a whole. That primarily contributes to the TV-14 rating, but "Bitch" can still be used in the regular TV-PG rated episodes, or TV-PG rated programs in general, but only 3 times. Equivalent to the MPAA only allowing "Shit" to be said once in a PG rated Movie, and "Fuck" to be said once in a PG-13 rated Movie. Nothing a 10 year old can't handle though.
