- There is various female nudity and sex scenes. All of these are suppose to be secretly filmed.
- Brief male nudity.

- Nearly all the violence is contained to the final act but it's insanely brutal and violent.
- A teenage girl has an allergic reaction, violently convulsing while foaming at the mouth. Very realistic but happens early on in the film and she is saved.

- Unsettling throughout but the last half hour is extremely disturbing and unsettling.

Violence & Gore
- A dog is caught underneath the wheels of a car and is crushed, partially decapitating/bisecting it, when the man reverses it's accidentally run over again. Fake looking but incredibly sudden and gory.
- A pregnant woman steps into the street and is suddenly hit by a car, blood is briefly shown flowing on the windshield. Comes out of nowhere and is pretty jarring.
- A teenage girl is seen hanged in a cell with a dress wrapped around her neck, incredibly disturbing and shocking.
- A fully-nude woman is bashed in the head with a fire poker, blood sprays onto a wall as she falls from a bed. A fully nude man next to her is also bashed in the head with blood splashing onto the bedsheets. The woman is then shot in the head with blood splattering, not graphic but bloody.
- A man is abruptly cut off mid-sentence by being shot multiple times by the police, some mild blood is shown splattering as he falls and dies. Not bloody but shocking and upsetting.
- A nude man is shot in the leg, causing him to fall down a flight of stairs; he screams as blood pours from the bullet hole. He gets shot in the head from above, causing blood to splatter out the other side of his head onto the wall behind him; the bloody wound is clearly shown.
