Shot within one week.
For their first movie, writer/director Ryo Takebayashi and writer Saeri Natsuo chose a very familiar setting to them, as they used to work for an advertising agency. The time loop element enables the movie to question the repetitiveness and the alienation in the Japanese corporate work life.
The original title can be translated to "Mondays: This time loop will not end until the boss is made aware of it" in English.
