At the beginning of the episode, Oliver is shown being held from the ceiling in chains. There is some visible blood from his fight in the previous episode. During a flashback, Oliver stabs a man with a knife. There is no visible blood. Oliver breaks two men's necks, and Diggle shoots a man. There is no visible blood. Oliver, Yao Fei's daughter, and Slade Wilson fight, shoot, and kill several people. There is no visible blood. Malcolm Merlyn shoots several SWAT team members with arrows and throws a knife into Diggle's chest. Oliver kills Fyers in a flashback by shooting him with an arrow. Oliver kills Malcolm Merlyn by stabbing him through his own body with an arrow. A pipe stabs Tommy through the chest after he tries to save Laurel.
