When Steven Linder arrives at work, he recognizes a photo of a woman he has been looking for and asks for information about her. His co-worker responds that she came in the night before and was "a possible 5150." This refers to the section of the California Welfare & Institutions Code that allows a temporary detention of a person with a mental disorder. Because this scene takes place in Texas, however, Texas law would use different numbering and his colleague would not describe a mental health hold that way. (The error presumably arose because the series is produced in California, and the writer was familiar with the California terminology.)
In the Mexican police station, there is a wanted poster for Pablo Escobar. Since he was assassinated in 1993, it makes little sense that they would still have this poster hanging.
