Sloppy Ending
sdotsamuel8 March 2024
This movie had a lot of promise but some how threw it all away in the final 10 minutes.

The first two Acts introduced the father one way. Act three made the father a monster - which was fine IF THE MOVIE REVEALED THAT SLOWLY. As the credits role, you might feel inclined to rewind the movie to make sure you didn't miss anything but you didn't.

I support this genre of film BUT there really needs to be some serious checks and balances. The editing was good. The acting was as good as it gets for this genre.

It's okay to take a hard left, but tell the audience to buckle up.

I wish I was in Detroit to lend my services but I'm in NYC.

Whew! It's alot

Watched this on Thursday night and it was entertainingly horrible. It stopped making sense at all by the last 30 minutes but I was watching at my grandparents and by the end my granddad was standing in the doorway playing like he wasn't watching all the ratchetery, shaking his head.

LOL!

I really was hooked but not in a good way. The acting is absolutely horrible. But addicting as well just baits you in the first 10 mins and keeps you entertaining . I will say the ending is definitely doozie you WILL NOT guess the outcome. I guess they edited out a very graphic scene as well but they'll tell you about it. It's horribly entertaining.

This Could Have Been a Great Movie

The director simply lacked the courage to put it over the top. A great plot, very well acted BUT when ever the plot called for nudity or graphic sex the director backed out. It is really a shame. The absence of the reality of nudity and sex destroyed the whole feeling of the film. The plot and reality simply fell apart. This film had so much potential. It is a travesty that it was directed like this.

LISA BROWN YOU GENIUS
jzqzgbzk2 February 2024
Dear Lisa Brown

I hope this message finds you well. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing your film, "Sloppy Seconds," and I felt compelled to express my admiration for the exceptional work of art you've created. Every aspect of the film, from the intricate plot to the soul-stirring soundtrack, resonated with me on a profound level.

The brilliance of "Sloppy Seconds" lies in the captivating storytelling that unfolds with every twist and turn. Your ability to craft a narrative filled with surprises and complexities kept me on the edge of my seat. It's a testament to your genius as a filmmaker that I found myself constantly reevaluating what I thought was the climax, only to be surprised by new revelations in the final minutes.

The soundtrack of the film deserves special mention. The carefully curated music not only complemented the emotional highs and lows of the story but also became an integral part of the cinematic experience. The melodies and rhythms seamlessly wove into the narrative, enhancing the overall impact and creating an immersive atmosphere that lingered long after the credits rolled.

The performances of the cast were nothing short of extraordinary. Each actor breathed life into their characters, and nowhere was this more evident than in the portrayal of Rico. His character, the amazing boyfriend, was a standout, and I found myself aspiring to embody the qualities he represented. The emotional depth conveyed by the actors, especially in the last 10 minutes, left a lasting impression and added layers of meaning to the overall experience.

Your film has not only entertained but has also transformed my mindset. It's a work of art that goes beyond the screen, prompting introspection and reshaping my perspective. The desire for a sequel, "Sloppy Thirds," is a testament to the emotional connection I formed with the story and characters. I am genuinely eager to further explore the world you've created, and I would be honored to contribute personally to the realization of any future projects.

In conclusion, Lisa, you have truly outdone yourself with "Sloppy seconds." It is a genius, brilliant, and amazing piece of cinema that has left an indelible mark on my heart and mind. Thank you for sharing your creative brilliance, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to witness more of your directorial magic in the future.

Wow.

This movie is so much more than my sister/girlfriend and I could have ever imagined. This movie was ten hours too short but jam-packed with head-whipping turns. I thought cameras were in my room watching our reactions to each scene. Watch this now, it is entertaining and shocking to the point of no return. My girlfriend and I will never be the same after watching Keisha's downfall and being helpless to every man in her life. I want the director to seek therapy but, write a few more movies before the healing process. I rate this movie with ten stars simply because I would have paid to see this film, it's artistic in a way that M. Night Shyamalan couldn't even portray.
