- TriviaAccording to titles now preceding the movie: "The Return of Phileas Fogg" was produced to promote The Unity Fund of Allegheny County, located in the Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania, and it is a previously unknown screen credit for all three of its stars. The film was shown to civic groups and the public to raise funds and awareness for the charity organization then eventually was lost and forgotten. A collector found a 16mm film print and it was shown to an audience possibly for the first time in over five decades at the Populace Cafe, 1003 Washington Avenue, Bay City, MI on September 21, 2012 as part of the Boob Tube Movie Night film show.
- Crazy creditsThis film was made possible at no cost to the United Fund of Allegheny County through a special grant from a local foundation.
