- One part contains partial nudity when characters are forced to change clothes. The nudity focuses on the main female characters. Both of them having large bust sizes. Except one always has her clothes open to reveal her cleavage.
- Two characters kiss at the end. An intimate relationship is implied.

- The main character has a vision of when he died but came back to life. This is shown numerous times throughout the mini-series. It gets more disturbing each time especially when other characters hear the vision.
- The final battle is rather intense. Akito and his brother Shin go head to head until Shin is ultimately shot in the chest. Akito survives but has many cuts on his body.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- This mini-series has the same cold atmosphere as the previous seasons. The main character has a very twisted personality which gets very disturbing.
