"Janne of Love" is a very simple and straightforward story about a relationship from the first meeting to the birth of their first child. It's a fun look at international relationships. People may be born in a different country and the person destined for them is born in another country, growing-up speaking a different language, but the world has a way of pulling people together and from there, interesting stories arise. "Janne of Love" has some curious stylistic choices, humorous transitions and such. It is competently shot and edited, as it is this is a very straightforward account of a love story that seems real, it has ups and downs and none of the actors are physically "perfect" movie stars, which is a welcome addition.
