Olivier Marchal named one of his characters Janssen. Probably a tribute to Jean-Pierre Melville's character in LE CERCLE ROUGE and played in 1970 by Yves Montand. Everything here sounds true, believable. Many flashbacks in this cop story, this crepuscular tale, a story about heats friendship, showing their life, their hopes, their fears. Their melancholy.
