Sex & Nudity

- Prisoners remove their jumpsuits when showering. They are naked but nudity is not detailed and is sort of cartoonish. For male inmates there is a line on the lower back resembling buttocks. Female in mates they have the same line resembling buttocks but with a small line and shape in the front resembling a vagina and also breasts (which just looks like 2 round circles with a large dot in the middle).
- In a cut scene of a flashback, a man walks in on his wife having a love affair with another man in bed. Some brief partial nudity, a couple shots of her covering her breasts with her arms, a shot of her legs, and a shot of her nude back (no buttocks) and her hand covering the mans genitals. Basically both characters are completely naked but their parts are covered the whole time.
- Some prisoners can be imprisoned for the following sex crimes; "voyeurism", "gross indecency", and "rape".
Violence & Gore

- Cartoon violence. Prisoners can fight guards and other prisoners, both can be killed. Blood stains the surronding area during fights. Unconscious or injured prisoners and guards require medical attention(no injury detail). While dead wait or are moved to the prisons morgue waiting for a hearse where they are removed.
- Some prisoners are imprisoned for violent crimes such as "aggravated assault", "robbery", "murder", etc.
- Although it is still cartoon violence, some cut scenes has the violence a bit more intensified, these occur in the story. Such as a man shoots and kills 2 people, and an inmate strangles another inmate to death and there is copious amounts of blood.
- Some collectables or "polaroids" are occasionaly found, when found they appear on the screen resembling a picture, a couple of these can depict something violent (such as a picture of a fist fight between prisoners) or brief injury detail and blood (Such as inmate seen laying in a puddle of blood).
Profanity

- Some occasional language while playing the story mode, that mostly consists of a couple uses of f**k and s**t. Dialog is read in captions and is not said aloud.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Some prison contraband includes; "booze", "cigarettes", "medicine", drugs", and "needles". The prisoner use of these are not seen.
- A prisoner can overdose and require medical attention.
- Prisoners who are addicted can join alcohol or drug rehab programs to help them.
- Prisoners can be imprisoned for crimes such as "possession", "drunk disorderly behavior", "intoxication", etc.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Bloody prison riots, death row executions, and similar events may be intense for younger players but nothing is really too intense but is mature.
- This game is rated. It's just not on pc...
