- The player is able to visit erotic video stores and may view short tapes of a girl of their choosing. The videos feature live-action girls posing sensually in swimsuits or their underwear, but nothing explicit is shown.

- The game's action is focused on over-the-top hand-to-hand street fights, usually emphasizing a comedic nature with very little blood.
- In one relatively intense scene, a man is forced to chop off his pinkie finger in accordance with Yakuza law.
- It should be mentioned that despite the often brutal and over-the-top combat, the player never actually kills anyone (debatable). All deaths happen exclusively in story cutscenes.
- There is a scene which depicts a man bound to a chair with gruesome scars and bruises from torture. This same scene also depicts a man slamming a sledgehammer into the victim's toes, which pans out to show blood spilling out of the toes
- in game blood can be reduced significantly by changing blood to "mild" in the settings

- You are able to go to bars and drink alcohol ( you'll be stopped after a certain limit ).
- There are many scenes of people drinking.

- You dance with many other people in a stylish suit singing 24-hour cinderella. Not very frigtening.
- Several character deaths are shown throughout the game may be emotional for some.
- There is a gruesome torture scene near the end
