The AGM-114 Hellfire does not have a camera-aided guidance system. It uses a laser seeker, which does not operate as an optical camera. So the scene where Red uses the missile camera to see inside the camp could not happen. It would have been possible with a different missile, such as the AGM-65 Maverick.

The first van is stopped by Alabama state troopers. The text on the screen says they are located on I-65 in Huntsville, AL. However, I-65 never actually goes inside Huntsville. To get to Huntsville from I-65, most drivers take the I-565 spur that runs into downtown Huntsville. If you only look at at a US map, it appears I-65 goes straight through Huntsville. However, looking at a map with a closer view shows that I-65 runs west of Huntsville.
MD 200 is mentioned as running "into DC." MD 200, also called the Inter-County Connector, runs east/west, parallel to the northern side of the Capitol Beltway. It never points towards the district. At either end (and several points along the way) are major highways and main roads that run to the district. Not to mention that coming from Tennessee, there would be no reason for the van to be that far north if their destination was DC.
The police SUV crashes into the woods. The crash did not disable the electrical system, so the police radio would still have worked to summon assistance.

Reddington's team not bring a stud-finder to St Petersburg instead of ripping up the walls.
A character mentions the van that was blown up was identified by the vehicle ID number on the differential. Vehicle ID numbers are 17 characters long and are not stamped on differentials. They are stamped on a public tag visible via the windshield and usually on the frame. A derivative of it may be present on some larger components such as the engine block or transmission, but an item such as a differential would not have the full number present. It would more likely have a manufacturers tag present that identified data about the unit.
