At Neil's office in the hotel: while he leaves her shortly alone and she messes up with his computer and takes a copy of a key, through the cleavage of her costume a black bra can be seen. Then, when she undresses at home before joining Philip in bed, she takes off a white bra (and panties). Waking in the morning in their bed, she wears the black bra again.
Near the end when Elizabeth returns to the bedroom, Philip is seen on the left side of the bed and in the next scene is on the right side of the bed. Elizabeth then gets in on the right side of the bed and when she goes to Philip she comes to him from the left side.

This happens because some of the shots of Phillip are actually reflections in the bedroom mirror.
Henry is seen with a modern, squeezable plastic bottle of syrup at breakfast. Syrup bottles of the time were generally glass with a screw top for pouring.
Philip tells Paige his real name is "Misha." Misha is not a name; it's a diminutive form of Mikhail, the Russian equivalent of Michael. Unlike in the English-speaking world, being primarily known by a diminutive (Bob for Robert, e.g.) is not an option in the Russian world. His wife might call or refer to him as "Misha" in certain appropriate circumstances, but a daughter never would.
Elizabeth consistently mispronounces her "real" name (Nadezhda) in a way no Russian, or anyone trained in Russian, ever would.
